Online Return Policy

This policy is for online orders only, different return policy apply to in-store orders, please contact our in-store sale department for details.

  1. 14 Days Return Guarantee

    We, Moguland Garment Limited, offers a '14 Days Return Guarantee' to all online customers.

    Our 14 days returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item.

    Our 14 days return guarantee applies to all products with the conditions set out below. We don't have a returns courier service, therefore all parcels must be returned via a courier of your choice. Your postage will only be refunded if the items are faulty, incorrect or an unsuitable alternative.

  2. Conditions

    1. Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging.
    2. We do not offer a free returns service unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent.
    3. We will only refund items if they are returned with their full ratio pack. If an item is missing from the ratio pack we will not issue a refund for the whole pack, unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent.
    4. We will, at our discretion, charge a 15% restocking fee for items returned unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. Regular customers with whom we have a good working relationship will not be charged a 15% restocking fee.
    5. Where an order is cancelled by a customer before shipment but after it has been processed by us, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Regular customers with whom we have a good working relationship will not be charged a 15% restocking fee.
    6. We do not accept returns after 14 days of the date the buyer received the item.
  3. How to return

    1. Email us

      You are advised to email us about your return prior sending the goods, quoting your order number, name, address, contact numbers, product name/codes and reason for returning. In the case of damages/faults, photos of the fault should also be provided. We aim to reply your email within 2 working days.

    2. Pack and Return

      Once we acknowledge your return, you should pack your parcel securely making sure you include a copy of your original shipping note. Failure to provide a copy may result in credits being delayed. Please mark your box clearly with our address listed below:

      We are not liable for parcels returned by customers. In the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim. We advise that you ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents.

    3. Refund and Replacement

      For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via email. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to appear on your account. In the unlikely events of not receiving the refund, please contact us for assistant.

      For any replacement, we will process your request within 48 hours, however please allow 7 days turnaround from the time you send your parcel back to us to redelivery.

      If you return an item and request an alternative item at a higher price, you will be charged the difference in price. Any refunds or difference in price will be credited to the original payment card.
